In 1995, Heute presented a modernized version of it's last logo.
1998-2001
2001-2009
When ZDF switched to a new orange logo in 2001, the news programmes needed an update. The main idea behind the intros with a lot of spinning globes was kept, but the colours were changed to orange and a lighter blue and new simpler logos were created. After 2007, the Heute and Heute Journal were broadcasting in HD (16:9).
2009-2012
Heute got a new look on July 17, 2009.
2012-present
Heute got a new look on September 29, 2012. It's graphic got even bluer, and the photos in the program are even bigger than before. And now the opening and closing has changed too.
