Paramount Media Networks (formerly ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks) is the division of Paramount under which its cable networks including MTV, BET, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and Showtime are operated. It was created in 2011 as a merger of MTV Networks and BET Networks.
