1995–1999

In 1995, WTVX became West Palm Beach's UPN affiliate. Straightline Communications acquired the station in 1997, separating it from WPBF (which got sold to Hearst-Argyle Television). Viacom's Paramount Stations Group (now CBS Television Stations) would operate the station under a local marketing agreement. In 2001, Viacom acquired WTVX outright.

1999–2002

In 1999, the WTVX began using the "34" logo it would use up to 2006.

2002–2005

WTVX 2002

In 2002, coinciding with the rebranding of UPN, the station's brand name was changed to "TVX 34".

2005–2006

WTVX 2005

In 2005, WTVX changed its name back to "UPN 34" and began using UPN's 2002 circle logo.

2006–2014

The station joined The CW in 2006. In 2007, the station was sold to Cerberus Capital Management's Four Points Media Group. Sinclair Broadcast Group bought Four Points in 2011.
