As of March 2013, I am mostly inactive on Logopedia.
- Hello! I'm Alxeedo111, the founder of Logopedia. I'm a bureaucrat and administrator. Despite my long inactivity, I sometimes come back to edit and upload more logos. I love logos, a lot look great, awesome, colorful, interesting, and full of creativity. I thought of the name "Logopedia" by obviously combining Logo and encyclopedia. A few of my favorite colors are blue and green. I am not a great logo designer, so I wanted Logopedia's logo to be simple. So I used what many college sports teams use for their logo, one letter over another as an abbreviation for their name. After the Wikia update, the logo was changed to what you see today. Logopedia was created in 2009, and began as a small, quite barren wiki. But with the help of many users, Logopedia grew and grew. Hopefully, Logopedia will continue to grow and become more popular. Have a great day!
Logopedia's logo history can be seen at Logopedia (Wiki). Note that I created the first Logopedia logo. I was horrible at image editing at that time. The next two logos were based off the first, in better quality and a slightly different format. After the wiki style was modified a "Gap" logo was replaced temporarily until the Helvetica logo was used. That is our current logo.
What I have done Edit
I have done a lot, but the other administrators and active users have maintained the website, not me. Who are the primary editors of Logopedia? The answer is here. I created Logopedia, but Väsk maintained it for the most part. My overall contributions to Logopedia include organization, maintenance, and administration. I did not create too many mainspace articles.
