Ugo was a chain of convinene stores and supermarkets, formed in January 2011 when it purchased 20 mid-sized Netto supermarkets.
2011–2012[]
Ugo entered administration in February 2012 and sold 18 of its stores to Poundstretcher. The other 2 were closed down as Poundstretcher already had stores nearby.
