UTV is a Romanian music-oriented television channel, launched on April 9, 2005. It's owned by Digi since 2011, and formerly by New Trend Media SRL.

Not to be confused with the Kiss TV that exists today which already used a similar logo at the time.
2004 (unused)[]
In 2004, UTV was supposed to use the Kiss TV name, but at one point Cristian Burci had sold Kiss FM and Prima TV to SBS Broadcasting Group. SBS eventually scrapped the Kiss TV name in early 2005 because they wanted to use that name on TV K Lumea. As the name change occured on the channel, the logo didn't look like this until 2008, where it was slightly altered in shading and changing the text's font.

After the Kiss TV name was moved to TV K Lumea, the channel was launched under UTV on April 9, 2005.
