1999

On the day ReBoot premiered on Cartoon Network, this logo was used briefly in 1999.

1999–2000

This logo was introduced when TOM made his debut.

2000–2003

2007–2008

2013–2014, November 7th-December 12th, 2015 (Red)

At MomoCon 2013, Toonami staff announced that the overall design of the block would be changed and unveiled new designs for TOM 5, the Absolution Mk. 3 and SARA 3. The staff would later confirm online that the block will receive the new look on April 27th. With the premiere of Intruder II in November 7th, 2015, the logo type font returns temporally in red color (the development of the T.I.E was before 2014 branding). In December 12th, when the Absolution Mk. 3 was destroyed, there wasn't logo due to the "system rebooting" in Toonami.

2014–2015

On April 5, 2014, Toonami staff online teased they "have some goodies" for the viewers. The new look debuted on April 6th.

2015–present

This logo debuted December 19th and it came about because of the GPS Absolution MK.III destruction and establishment of a new broadcast station in Shogo 162. The new logo was constructed from a modified version of the 'Krona One' typeface.
