On April 1, 2002, a teen-oriented programming block debuted on Noggin titled "The N." This block would become the United States television home for the popular Canadian teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation.

The logo consisted of a hand containing a "commercial n" for "The N". There are many colors for this logo. Throughout from 2002-2007.

On October 5, 2007, the hand was omitted and was replaced with two atoms, each one saying "the" and "N". The word "the" was made lowercase and both the "the" and "n" words changed font.

On December 31, 2007, The N became its own 24-hour cable channel, replacing Nickelodeon Games and Sports.

This is the second and final logo for "The N", as it was rebranded as "Teen Nick", on September 28, 2009.
