The original Raycom Media logo from 1996 uses elements from the original Raycom Sports logo, which was introduced the same year.

Raycom2017

In December 2017, Raycom Media replaced their old Raycom Sports-styled logo in favor of the word "RAYCOM" (with the "A" in the form of a upside down V, and colored gold) and two gray lines on the bottom, and the gold colored word "MEDIA" in between the gray lines. This logo is designed to showcase the company’s focus on local digital, broadcast, newspaper, production and multi-content properties.

On June 25, 2018, Gray Television announced its intent to acquire Raycom for $3.65 billion, pending regulatory approval. The deal was completed on January 2, 2019.
