1986–2004
The Q8 brand was first introduced in 1986. It was designed by Wolff Olins. The symbol shows the stylized sails of a "dhow", an Arab sailboat.
Although the Q8 mark and the sails are never used separately, there are a few different compositions where the relative sizes of the two elements differ.
