In 1981, the United Video Satellite Group launched the Electronic Program Guide network. This logo looks very similar to the current ESPN logo since 1985.

In late 1993, Prevue Guide changed its name, slightly, to "Prevue Channel".

In early 1996, the Prevue Eye logo is introduced.

In 1998, the text Prevue changed fonts from "Dodger" to "Univers", the Prevue Eye logo is redrawn in blue, and "Prevue Channel" was renamed "Prevue".

TV Guide Channel

On February 1, 1999, Prevue Channel was renamed "TV Guide Channel", after the then-parent of Prevue Networks, Inc., United Video Satellite Group, purchased TV Guide Magazine.

In 2001, the "Channel" portion of the logo was enlarged.

2004–2007

In 2004, TV Guide Channel made a minor update to the logo.

On June 4, 2007, TV Guide Channel had its name changed, slightly, to "TV Guide Network".

In late 2010, the TV Guide Network logo is in a three-dimensional appearance.

2013–2015

After CBS Corporation acquired 50% of the channel in March 2013, the TV Guide Network was renamed TVGN; its slogan was Hollywood Starts Here. The relaunch took place on April 14, 2013.

Pop

2015–present

Pop

On September 18, 2014, it was announced that the channel will rebrand as Pop in early 2015 due to low ratings. The rebrand took place on January 14, 2015.
