The un-broadcast pilot was taped on August 6, 1991, hosted by Niels Schuurmans and Francine Gauchi serves as the announcer.
The actual series of Nick Arcade was taped in December 1991, Phil Moore was the host and Andrea Lively was the announcer. It first broadcast on Nickelodeon in January 1992 in weekend afternoons. The second and final season had another set of new titles with the same host and announcer but the logo was kept, it premiered on September 1, 1992 and ended on November 6, 1992. Repeats of Nick Arcade were broadcast on Nickelodeon until 1997, but shown on Nick GaS from 1999 until 2007 (2009 on Dish Network) after an episode of Figure It Out, another Nickelodeon game show in the late-1990s.
