As of 2011, most consumer and business services from Telefónica – mobile telephony, landline service, broadband and television - in Spain and most of Latin America are marketed under the Movistar brand.
On 23 November, 2016, to coincide with the company's Christmas campaign, Movistar introduced a new logo. Telefónica has announced the launch of a simpler, leaner 'M' logo for its Movistar brand as part of its recently-unveiled Galaxia campaign.
The new brand identity is described as young and modern and designed to symbolise the new business challenges and positioning of the company. It will be reproduced in blue and green, together with the "Elige todo" ("Choose it all") slogan where appropriate.
