Microsoft Mobile Oy was a subsidiary of Microsoft involved in development and manufacturing of mobile phones. It was formed on September 2, 2013, after Microsoft announced that it would acquire Nokia's mobile device business and it was completed on April 25, 2014.

Microsoft slowly discontinued its Lumia devices in 2016 and sold its Nokia brand licensing in feature phones to HMD Global. Thus, the Microsoft Mobile division was dissolved in October 2017. However in late 2019, Microsoft returned to the smartphone hardware business under the Microsoft Surface division with the release of the Microsoft Surface Duo line. Unlike the previous Lumia devices, Surface Duo runs on Android instead of its own operating system and it uses Microsoft Launcher as its custom skin.
