In 1966, this radio station originally launched on its original 93.1 FM signal as "KO93," an adult contemporary radio station.
By the time of this logo, KOSO-FM was owned by Great Wireless Communications. It dropped their "KO93" branding but still held on to their mainstream adult contemporary format.
In 1995, KOSO shifted from mainstream adult contemporary to hot adult contemporary. Also, it adopted its "B93" format which would be used for the years to come. This was their last logo on their 93.1 FM signal. Also, the station was acquired by Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartMedia).
In 1997, the station went to modern adult contemporary.
On June 1, 2009, KOSO moved their signal to 92.9 FM to make room for another station that was about to use the 93.1 FM signal. Plus, the "B93" branding was dropped for the next six years.
On October 2, 2012, KOSO dropped their "B92-Nine" branding and shifted from modern adult contemporary back to hot adult contemporary.
On March 2, 2015, the "B93" branding returned after a six-year absence. Note that 92.9 FM is closest to "93."
