ITV Studio's output dates back to the in–house productions of North West ITV franchise holder, Granada.

2004-2007

When Granada Media and Carlton Communications merged in 2004, the Granada brand was kept for in–house productions.

ITV Productions

2007-2009

Alongside the corporate logo update, ITV waved goodbye to the Granada brand that served them for 50 years, and renamed the company ITV Productions for productions in the UK. However, the Granada logo and brand is still used today for ITV productions in other countries (such as Germany).

ITV Studios

2009-2013

In 2009, ITV renamed the in–house production company to ITV Studios. Side–brands like Granada were kept in other countries alongside the tagline "An ITV Studios Company". In America, this was used from 2009–2010; the following year they added "America" to the logo.
