Zee Punjab/Haryana/Himachal is an Indian bilingual TV news channel that covers the northern states of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, and broadcasts in both Hindi and Punjabi. It is owned by Zee Media Corporation, the news division of Zee Entertainment Enterprises.

The channel was launched as Alpha TV Punjabi on 18 October 1999[1] and rebranded to Zee Punjabi on 28 March 2005, in line with Zee’s other regional-language channels (Zee Marathi, Bangla, Telugu and Gujarati, of which the last is defunct). Later, on 1 July 2013, it was converted into a bilingual Punjabi–Hindi news channel and renamed to Zee Punjab/Haryana/Himachal.

It is not to be confused with the following channels:

  • Zee ETC Punjabi, which shut down in 2014. Originally launched as Alpha ETC Punjabi (also using the Alpha brand, like Alpha TV Punjabi) and later renamed to ETC Punjabi, and then to Zee ETC Punjabi.
  • British channel named Zee Punjabi, which shut down in 2018.
  • A new version of Zee Punjabi, an entertainment channel like the original, that launched in January 2020.

A new blue logo was introduced during the networkwide rebranding of ZEEL on 15 October 2017.

The on-screen logo bug shows any one of the words Punjab, Haryana and Himachal at a time next to the Zee logo. A similar approach is followed by the bilingual Urdu–Hindi channel Zee Salaam, where the word Salaam is displayed alternately in Hindi, Urdu and English.
