Issues #4-101. Walt Disney's name is now completely above "Comics", and the "I" in "Comics" no longer has a dot above it.
Issues #102-103. Walt Disney's name is now bigger.
Issues #104-133. "Comics" is now smaller.
Issues #134-168. "Comics" is now written in a different font.
Issues #169-263. Last logo used under Dell Comics.
First logo used under
Gold Key Comics, used for issues #264-278 and issue #295.
Two-line version based on the previous logo, used for issues #279-298 (except for #295, which used the previous logo).
Issues #450-475. "Comics and Stories" is now written in all capital letters.
Variant of the previous logo with a larger-sized "Comcis", used for issues #517 and 518.
Issues #519-535. For the first time in the comic's run, the "and Stories" part of the title is not used in the logo.
Issues #536-547 and #586-599. Walt Disney's signature is again written to match the Walt Disney Company's logo. This logo was brought back when Gladstone re-obtained the license in 1993.
The logo used during
Disney Comics' run with the title, for issues #548-585. "And Stories" is now below "Comics", which has been slightly altered to resemble the
Disney Comics logo.
Gladstone's final logo, which hearkens back to the very first logo, but again with "and Stories" omitted. Lasting from issue #601 to #720, this logo remained in use under succeeding companies Gemstone Publishing and Kaboom! Studios.
