RNN's affiliation with KFWD lived quite short for a matter of time. However, on May 20, 2021, RNN's parent company, WRNN Associates Inc, had reached an agreement with iMedia Brands Inc. to affiliate some of the RNN affiliates (KFWD Dallas, KSCI Los Angeles, KIKU Honolulu (Hawaii), KCNS San Francisco/Oakland, WRNN-TV New Rochelle (New York City/Flagship Station), and WMDE Washington D.C./Dover, Delaware/Baltimore, Maryland) to ShopHQ and began carrying programming on June 28, 2021, which is that KFWD and other RNN affiliates that switched to ShopHQ, were still owned by WRNN Associates Inc.
