February-April 2023[]

In February 2023, KYW-TV began to slowly phase out the Eyewitness News name again to follow a rebranding affecting all CBS O&Os, as all newscasts incorporated CBS News Philadelphia as their identity moving forward, before became the full-time branding of their news operation on April 12, 2023, coinciding with a shift to a more community-based focus, featuring more in-depth reporting.
