The mall had an initial logo in the style of SM City North EDSA's 1986 logo.
1993–2006[]
The logo changed to a design closer to SM Megamall's when it opened. A circle would enclose the SM logo while a narrow and green serif 'CITY' would be placed directly below it. The word 'Cebu' is written in script with a long 'tail' from the 'u' extending out.
