This was the last MFI logo before the company went into administration on 18 December 2008 and all stores closed.

After a three year hiatus, MFI returned, albeit online and with it a modified logo in a slightly different font.
The online business also ceased to trade in 2015 as its sister company, VictoriaPlum.com, expanded into the online furniture sector.
