This is the first time that a public channel in Colombia has an innumerable name. Some viewers call this logo "La versión de Inravisión" (Inravisión's version in Spanish) and was known in promos as "La Señal" and used one of Inravisión's music tracks for its idents. This was due to the channel's major nationwide expansion at that time.

During the first period, The symbol became animated and started using pink and silver, later, on the second period, the symbol became static again and take white as the regular color, but the logo was kept red on the website until it changed to white and the background got a dark blue-green color

RTVC rebrands as Señal Colombia - Sistema de Medios Públicos, and its TV channels and radio stations got new logos based on the 2005 logo, what become a well trusted image of acknowledgment among the Colombians. This time, the colours of the Colombian flag returned to the logo, making it similar to the 2005 logo.
