In August 1998, Focus bought Do It All, from Boots. A new logo was introduced, combining the Do It All "house symbol" with the Focus logo. In December 2000, Focus also bought Great Mills, and all stores were rebranded.

In May 2011, Focus went into administration, and by September 2011, all stores had either been sold or closed.
