Endemol Shine Group (2015)

Endemol and Shine Group merged on 1 January 2015 when the resulting new company was named as the Endemol Shine Group. The first logo consists of the 3 texts; "ENDEMOL", "SHINE" and "GROUP" written in an unknown font. The two brands continued to be used separately on most productions until 2016.

In 2016, the two brands ceased to be used independently, thus all productions were rolled under the Endemol Shine Group name and a new logo was introduced as well. The second one consists of the 3 texts being capitalized and is written in AG Old Face. Two different variants are currently used, one with the logo becoming horizontal as seen in the logo above.

On 22 October 2019, it was announced that French media company Banijay Group would acquire Endemol Shine from Disney and Apollo. The acquisition was completed on 6 July 2020 and all of its divisions and brands were transferred to Banijay.
