ABS-CBN Corporation (an initialism of the two former separate companies, Alto Broadcasting System - Chronicle Broadcasting Network, also formerly known as Bolinao Electronics Corporation prior to its renaming to Alto Broadcasting System, still referred to as ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation on some uses, and is known as ABS-CBN Inc. on Kapamilya Thank You website (now redirects to the ABS-CBN Entertainment website)) is a Philippine entertainment and media company based on Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines that is owned by Mandaluyong (formerly Pasig)-based conglomerate Lopez Holdings Corporation, run by the López family. It is the country's largest entertainment and media conglomerate in terms of revenue, operating income, net income, assets, equity, market capitalization, and number of employees. The company was founded on June 13, 1946 as Bolinao Electronics Corporation by James Lindenberg, one of the founding fathers of Philippine television and an American electronics engineer who went into radio equipment assembly and radio broadcasting.

The name of the media conglomerate also serves as the corporate name of the ABS-CBN television network.

On May 27, 2010, the media conglomerate started to adapt the ABS-CBN Corporation name to reflect the company's diversification, although the name ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation is still alternatively used nowadays such as the sign-on and sign-off of main ABS-CBN terrrestrial channel until June 26, 2012, at the end of credits of Maalaala Mo Kaya until late 2010s, and on some news articles that are related to the network and media conglomerate.
