Eyemark Entertainment

1996–2000

Eyemark Entertainment was reincorporated in 1996 from Group W Productions after its then-parent company Westinghouse Broadcasting Company merged into CBS. After operating as a unit of CBS Enterprises during its existence, Eyemark was merged into King World in 2000 following the latter's acquisition by CBS.
