On 29th of March 1993 ARD closed the channel after start co-operation with 3sat.

EinsMuxx[]

1997–2005[]

EinsMuxx

In 1997, ARD decided to start their new timeshift channel named EinsMuXx.

2003–2005 (logo bug)[]

Despite the ARD rebranding in 2003, EinsMuXx changed the logo to match Das Erste. The 1997 logo continued to be used in idents until 2005.

EinsMuxx was renamed EinsPlus in 2005.

When the logo was changed on October 29, 2005, the logo was used in different color variations. The red logo introduced in April 2005, remained for "Schwerpunkt" programming.
