This was one of the IBA's incremental services which briefly broadcast to East Glasgow on 103.5 FM in 1990. However, within months of launching, the service went brankrupt and ceased broadcasting. The frequency would eventually be used again when it was awarded to the Asian Community Radio service, Sunny Govan.
