Diet Pepsi was introduced as Patio Diet Cola in 1963.

1965-1968
In 1965, Patio Diet Cola was redesigned as Diet Pepsi Cola, The 'Patio' Part was dropped, The font was changed as well, the 'Pepsi' part placed between the 'Diet' and 'Cola' parts, and the text placed inside the swirls.

In 1968, the 'Cola' part was dropped and the font was changed as well.
1975-1987
In 1975, They took the text out of the swirls and they said goodbye to the swirls. Then diet pepsi changed font as well, and the text was changed to lowercase.
1987-1991
In 1987, the 'Diet Pepsi' part was changed to Uppercase and the font was changed as well, and the swirls came back.
1991-1993
In 1991, The text was italicized.
1993-1997
1997-2002

In June 1997, The 'Diet' part changed font, The 'Diet' part turned red, and the 'Diet' part changed to lowercase.

In 2003, the 'Pepsi' word was revamped with a more modern slightly serif font.
2007-2008 (North America)
In 2007, the "diet" part changed typeface.
Compared to all the Diet Pepsi logos, this logo was the shortest-lived, which was in stores for just over a year.
2008-2010
When Pepsi started to rebrand, they used different variants of the logo to fit with the mood and flavor of the drink. For Diet Pepsi, it has a slight grin.
Notice : The text unitalicized, The Swirls globe changed to the grin globe, The text was changed to lowercase, the logo was changed to 2-Dimensional, and the font was changed as well.
2010-Present
The grinning globe was later replaced with the regular "smiling globe".
