2009–2012
When Circuit City liquidated in 2009, Systemax bought the name, brand, and logo from the company. Soon, Systemax launched the online retailer CircuitCity.Com, which also deals in electronics. At the end of 2012, Systemax dumped the brand and merged the site with TigerDirect.
