Celcom is the flagship subsidiary of the Malaysian telecommunications conglomerate Axiata Group. It is considered to be one of the big three telecom companies in Malaysia, along with Digi and Maxis. The three companies, together with the new entrant U Mobile, account for most of the telecom subscribers in the country. Celcom runs a discount/prepaid brand called Xpax, as well as several mobile network operators.

Originally owned by the state-owned Telekom Malaysia, Celcom was spun off in 2007, and acquired by what would be the Axiata Group.

Celcom merged with Digi as a company to become CelcomDigi in 30th November 2022, however all operations and brandings remain the same after the merge.
