Amblin Entertainment is a film and television production company co-founded by Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall that produces films such as the Oscar-winning E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial (1982), Jurassic Park (1993), and Men in Black (1997) and TV shows such as ER and Tiny Toon Adventures.

  • The company is named after Steven's 1968 short film, Amblin', while its logo shows Elliot and E.T in silhouette riding in front of the moon from the 1982 film.


Amblin is only a production studio, and has never distributed its own movies.
