Adult Swim

Adult Swim was launch in Latin America on October 7, 2005, as a programming block of Cartoon Network until it was closed on March 7, 2008. Eventually, the block began to be aired on I-Sat on November 19, 2007, instead of becoming its own channel like its American counterpart; until it was removed from its programming on December 1, 2010.

On November 2, 2014, Adult Swim returned to Latin America through the TBS channel in Brazil only, and it was later brought back pan-regionally to I-Sat on April 3, 2015. The block started to be broadcast as well in the Hispanic signal of TBS on January 6, 2018. However, on January 1, 2020, Adult Swim was removed from the channel programming in all of its signals, including Brazil. It was still airing on I-Sat until it closed again on April 16th. The block was then aired on Warner Channel from May 2, 2020, till November 8, 2021.

As of June 29, 2021, most of the Adult Swim library is included on the HBO Max streaming platform. A 24-hour Adult Swim channel in Latin America was announced on August 22, 2023, and was launched on October 31, 2023, replacing the TruTV channel after 14 years of history in Latin America.
